AXA Group Solutions is a key player within the AXA Group, the worldwide leader in Insurance and Financial Protection.

Who are our clients? Our clients are the entities of AXA Group, which represents a significant and wide market for AXA Group Solutions. Indeed AXA is present in 56 countries and employes 136.000 persons.

What is our mission? Our mission is to shape, build and maintain the shared solutions of the Group, covering both shared information Systems and shared IT services.

Why do we say "redefining/shared solutions"? Because our signature underlines our strategic position within the Group.

What are... Our services? They cover four areas:

• Program management;
• Project delivery;
• Maintenance and operations;
• Business consulting.

... And our products are mainly full business solutions and components for IT applications. Some examples in Business offerings and services:

• Procurement management in Europe, Japan, USA;
• Claims transformation: P&C platform deployed for Small & Emerging operational companies and also Direct and CEE projects in progress;
• Finance transformation: an important program for general accounting & reporting for operational companies in Europe, an other program based on SAP, deployed in Italy (Direct), Morocco, Direct Poland, etc.

Some examples in Transversal offering and services:

• Web development: "Web factory": existing in Spain ; key projects: multiaccess (Web Auto France), e-commerce (TATV web);
• SAP development: SAP near-shore factory (Portugal): IA & Med Region but also offshore factory currently being built (Germany, Switzerland),
• PeopleSoft development: factory based India to support PeopleSoft HR and Finance platform development & maintenance. Equivalent facility to be set up in Spain.
